How wide is the detection range of a radar detector?

How can I get a warning before I will pass the fixed speed and red-light cameras based on road contact or radar frequencies?

Radar detectors are as big as a cigarette box and therefore very inconspicuous inside the vehicle.

Does the assembly has to be made by a specialist?

Radar detectors can be installed by each user. With the laser blinder it can be in individual cases necessary to assign a garage for installation. Usually you can make the assembly with fate somewhat relating to crafts.

Where can radar detectors be installed?

Radar detectors can be fastened with small suction cups to the windshield, alternatively offer themselves a hook-and-loop fastener on the instrument panel or the assembly with a clip at the sun visor. The necessary assembly material is completely provided.

How long does the assembly/disassembly last?

The initial assembly takes about 90 seconds, later installation and removal under 10 seconds!

Yes, the devices don’t disturb themselves.

Do arise false alerts when using radar detectors?

False alarms can occur, if radar frequencies operate door openers etc. (e.g. at gas stations or in city center situations) in the range of radar detector. These can be reduced by the built-in filter to a large extent. With something exercise wrong and genuine alarms can be differentiated.

Are radar detectors disturbed by mobile telephones and/or do arise false alarms?

No, the new devices are disturbed no more by mobile phones. No false alarms arise.

What can be done against false alarms?

The devices offer a built-in filter, with which you can automatically switch the first beep in the case of an alarm to gentle clicking.

Do the devices work also abroad?

Yes, all recommended devices work very reliably abroad (very good references from Switzerland, Austria, England.)

What has to be respected when international use?

Pay attention to discrete application and don’t let see the equipment an official nder no circumstances in the case of a general traffic control. No matter whether switched on or not, threaten partly apart from seizure very high penalties.

How long is the guarantee period?

Of course you keep to replacement during the legal guarantee period free.

Do I have to pay different amounts for shipment depending on the mode of payment I choose?

Do I have to pay additional vat or customs cost when I order a product?

No, when ordering products with delivery within the EU, you do not have to pay VAT or additional customs cost

Is the shipment safe and discreet?

The delivery is executed by UPS. The cost are EUR 10,- within Germany and EUR 29,- per parcel for international shipments. All parcels are stable boxes with invoice inside. No one can assume what is inside. UPS receives a description for „car electronics“.

Which payment options do I have?

You can pay cash-on-delivery or by credit card (VISA/MASTER/AMEX). For Switzerland, you also can pay in advance because the cash-on-delivery option is not possible there. The bank account information will be told once you placed the order.

How does the invoice look like?

Certainly you will receive an official invoice without the term „radar-detector“ (the product code only) including the separation with the paid VAT.

Can I get shipments without paying the vat within europe?

Yes, if you tell a valid VAT ID number under „comments“ when ordering the product, we will deduct the VAT, so you will receive and pay your product without VAT.

Can I pick-up the product personally in a shop?

We are a pure online shop but if you wish there is an opportunity to pick-up the product in our office. You can review the items and it is possible to see in-built car solutions installed in some cars (e.g. ValentineOneRC, BEL Target 966 EVO, LaserBlinder etc.) Please tell us in advance when you would like to visit our office where we can prepare the products and arrange a meeting with you.
