The Escort Qi45â„¢ Euro was developed after months of consumer and dealer research that revealed a majority of radar users would prefer an integrated, affordable radar and laser detector which was very easy to install. With that kind of demand, our team of engineers went to work.
We introduce the Qi45â„¢ Euro ("Quick Install"), a fully integrated, high performance radar and laser detector system. It offers the convenience of built-in discreet security yet installs in dramatically less time and with fewer components than all other integrated detection systems. Most custom installed systems require a significant investment in time for installation, up to 6 hours depending on the level of customization and vehicle type. The Qi45â„¢ was designed to be installed in 1-3 hour.

If interested the assembling work can also be undertaken here in Heidelberg in the workshop by a professional car mechanic, well experienced in assembling these devices; the timings are very flexible and discreet (normally Friday afternoon or weekends). The assembling work takes normally about 3 hours, but it may be longer in the case of exotic car models. Naturally, the mechanic will first discuss with you personally about various possibilities of assembling so that you have a clear idea of how the solution will finally look like. The workshop is located in
Heidelberg and you could make use of the time for sight-seeing. Many customers find this quite convenient. Difficulties may only arise in rare cases if, for example, the vehicle’s front area has less space for the Qi 45 Euro or disassembling of auto body components alone would take several hours requiring special tools.
